Echoes of Naked Feet: The Bahama Connection

To All Who Arrive On This Little Internet Island of Mine

I'm not a geneologist, nor do I aspire to become one. However, as I embarked upon this endeavor, I found that this story needed more than just a list of birthdays, burial places, and christenings. Those who came before me shaped not only who I am, but the future for millions.

Whether their deeds were noble or reprehensible, their actions, their words, and their lives deserve more than a mention on a chart, or a designated leaf on a tree.

While there is so much more to learn about my past, the gems that I have thus far discovered make me want to follow the echoes and the footprints that I have discovered to date just to see where they lead and what secrets they have yet to tell me.
